This policy explains how JB Tiling (James Butler) handles personal information collected through this website, by telephone and by email. Any questions can be sent to jamesbutler195@gmail.com.

## Information collected
When you use the enquiry form, JB Tiling collects the name, telephone number, email address, location and project details you choose to provide. When you call or email, the information collected is whatever you share in that conversation. The website does not ask for payment details.

## How it is used
Your details are used only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quotation and carry out any work you go on to book. JB Tiling does not sell your data and does not add you to marketing lists without your agreement.

## Lawful basis
Enquiries are processed on the basis of taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and on legitimate interests in responding to people who contact the business. Where work is booked, processing is necessary to perform that contract.

## Sharing and storage
Enquiries submitted through the website are delivered to JB Tiling's enquiry system and email. Where a job requires other trades, for example an electrician or plumber on a bathroom refurbishment, only the information needed to complete that work is shared. Records are kept for as long as needed for the job, for accounting obligations and for the workmanship guarantee period.

## Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to its use, or withdraw consent. Email jamesbutler195@gmail.com and the request will be handled within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
